I really enjoyed my three-night stay at Casssa Vlanca Hotel. the location was wonderful, as it was close to Downtown and the best Mayan ruins and beautiful waterfall pools. the hotel is conveniently situated near a "colectivo" and the central square of Palenque. My twin room was very comfortable, complete with air conditioning, a TV, and a private bathroom with a bathtub.

I had the most mind-blowing stay at this jaw-dropping hotel! The owners were super welcoming and friendly, providing a helpful map and recommendations. The air-conditioned room was clean and spacious, with a terrace. The pool was perfect for a quick cool-off, and the staff went above and beyond by holding our bags and letting us use the pool after check-out. Their English was excellent, and they were happy to suggest places to visit and even walked us to public transport. Definitely the best hotel during our stay in Mexico!

Spent my Xmas vacation in a hotel in Mexico. The staff was helpful enough in providing a map and recommendations for the best places to explore. The location was considered central as it was accessible to the main center and restaurants. The room was spacious enough and clean with a good working air-conditioning unit. Had a terrace to enjoy the outdoors.

Sadly, I could hear every noise coming from the nearby rooms like they were in mine. The pool was not clean so not an option for a quick cool-off.
